Terms and Conditions
Our Fees are charged in the following ways:
There is no additional fee levied to the list price of any of the tour partners or agencies. This includes travel and leisure, entertainment, spa etc. Beach Concierge requests a 35% deposit for all tours and services.
Fees for Home Care and Maintenance are negotiated on a per project basis based on the work and material involved. Once a project has been agreed, a 50% deposit is requested.
The Personal Assistant and Special Project service are charged at a variable hourly rate with our clients at the outset of the project. Once a project has been agreed, a 50% deposit is requested.
Cancelations:
Subject to certain restrictions and charges, the value of a wholly unused tour may be used toward the purchase of a new tour with a corresponding tour voucher issued, through Beach Concierge or one of its agents.
Tours and/or other services booked through Beach Concierge on such reissued tour vouchers must commence no later than one year from the date of issue of the original tour date.
Cancellations must be received within 1 week of the tour or service requested and may be subject to a processing fee.
